Customer Requirements
• You must be over 16 years old to use our services.
• You must have a credit card that we accept as the payment method. As a
processing method we use Stripe.
• You must be authorized to use that card if it is not the personal
card.
Placing an order
• When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail
confirming receipt of your order. After the payment is confirmed
everything is processed automatically.
• The FSC Code is individual for each VIN. In case your head-unit is
subsequent retrofitted, we need VIN from the donor car.
• Given that the order is processed automatically, the order can be
canceled or refunded only if the product you received does not work
correctly and this can be proven. This only happens if the product
cannot be replaced.
• We are not responsible if the VIN which you submitted is from another
car. When you do not add VIN correctly, you are informed by the site
directly.
• In case you buy Map Data & Lifetime FSC Code, you will receive an
e-mail that includes navigation maps and clear installation
instructions. In addition, you will receive the Lifetime FSC Code with
the archive and password that is required for unarchiving.
• In case you buy Service History, you will receive by e-mail a detailed
PDF with all the information that is listed in the product
description.
Processing an order
• All orders will be processed automatically. In case the system does
not work, the orders will be processed manually on the current day
depending on the number of pending orders.
• If you have not received the order after 24 hours from placing the
order, please contact us by e-mail or in the dedicated section on the
website.
Replacements and Refunds
• We are not directly responsible in case the VIN was not entered
correctly and belongs to a car that you did not want to check or order a
certain product for it.
• In case the product does not work and you manage to prove it, we
replace the product.
• In connection with the product we offer called Service History, keep
in mind that some cars are unlikely to have a history because they have
not visited an official dealer or partner. We are not guilty or
responsible for this.
